Cortney Anderson Wascher now leads the company her father, Gene Anderson, founded in a corner of his parents' hardware store. Cortney, who was named President in 2006, worked in the door hardware industry as a manufacturer’s rep for two years following her graduation from Vanderbilt University. Her husband, Devin Wascher, is the Manager of the Door Division.
